Personal training with Start is a bespoke service to fit within your lifestyle. Start is Worcester’s only female specific personal training company. Be trained by a female who understands what its like for women to fit exercise into daily life.

Complete an induction and health MOT and attend weekly personal training sessions in a private gym. You will receive full support to reach your agreed health and fitness goals. All programmes are written specifically for the individual.
