Outdoor Circuits and Running Classes
Unique to Worcester, these are ladies only circuits classes that are all based outside, usually in local parks. They are designed to be fun, supportive classes that cater for all fitness levels, yet are safe and effective.
Small group outside exercise classes, tailored specifically for women
There are no more than 10 ladies in a class, and attendance will ensure some cost effective personal training. Classes must be booked a week in advance, making the incentive to attend greater! All the sessions take place outside throughout the year. The locations across Worcester change according to the weather and the season.

Class structure:
- Warm up work involving some jogging/walking and stretching
- A circuit designed to suit a range of fitness levels
- Cool down activity and stretching
This is not a bootcamp – it is a safe way to tone up, get fitter, feel and look great.
