Outdoor buggy fitness classes
Based in the centre of Worcester, in a number of local parks and open spaces, these classes are buggy fitness classes specifically for new mums.

Post natal exercise classes based outside using buggies for fitness
As the classes are all outdoors, baby comes along in its buggy, so no childcare is needed. The aim is to help new mums lose baby weight and regain a general level of fitness after the birth of a child. Furthermore key muscle groups that have been weakened as a result of pregnancy will also be targeted.

Class structure:

  • Warm up work involving pushing the buggy, and some stretching
  • The main exercise section involves cardio work and resistance exercises that work on key muscle groups.

The buggies are moving as much as possible to ensure baby is happy.
